My car unfortunately encountered a flat tyre and I immediately called CEO Towing to get it towed back home. Joe answered right away, got straight down to business and before we knew it our car was already on the tow truck heading to the tyre shop. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help Joe! I've used these guys twice now for my Chrysler, Joe and I believe it was Andrew? were both incredibly professional over the phone and just delights to speak to and were very helpful. The prices are incredibly reasonable, I went to Sheen for a quote for the same distance and they quoted me DOUBLE what these guys did. Ive had some mixed experiences in the past with towing my toys. Joey was an absolute gun. He came out super quick and jumped stright into it. Being a car guy he takes care of your car like it was his own. My car being lowered and broken down in a low light side street was no problem.Service and care was superb and he will be my go to from now on. Highly recomend! CEO towing, saved me and my Supra from being stuck on the other side of the city. Called Joey at Midnight, even at such a late time he answered the phone like a mate and was very upbeat. Helped me with a few things over the phone and we needed to tow it home so he instantly came. First time meeting J and he got out of the tow truck and greeted me with a big smile and was so humble! He was on his knees checking clearance of my car as it was going up onto the back of the tow using ramps. on the way back we followed behind. I got caught to a set of lights and Joey pulled over on the side waiting for me. This clearly proves his attention to detail. It wasn't just about getting the car back as quick as he could. It was also about building rapport as he is a perfectionist. I couldn't agree more with the words on the back on the tow truck "Trust the professionals" I did and I have recommended CEO towing to my mates and they have all said they shared the same experience. If you truly care about your car and the way its being loaded and unloaded with professionalism. Trust the professional. If you do not use CEO towing, something is wrong with you. :)
